Cash was charged with four counts of identity theft, two counts of forgery under $500, and four counts of property theft under $500.Cashs arrest came as a result of an investigation into the unauthorized use of a womans credit card at a local business.Cash was taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $46,000 bond, pending a sessions court hearing Jan.
